Delete your ParentSaathi account

This page explains how ParentSaathi users can permanently delete their account and the associated family data.

Delete your account inside the app

Open the ParentSaathi app and sign in to your account.
Open the Profile and family screen.
Select the option to permanently delete your account.
Review the deletion warning and confirm the request.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone after it has been completed.

Request deletion without using the app

If you cannot access the app, send an account-deletion request from the email address registered with your ParentSaathi account.

Include the subject line ParentSaathi account deletion request.

We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing a request submitted by email.

Data deleted with your account

Deleting the complete ParentSaathi account deletes the associated account and family data, including:

Parent profile information
Child profiles
Growth measurements
Journey and milestone records
Milestone photos
AI conversations and usage records associated with the account
Saved advice, favourites, feedback and AI-response reports associated with the account
Authentication access associated with the ParentSaathi account

Delete an individual child profile

Parents may delete an individual child profile without deleting the complete parent account.

Deleting a child profile also removes the ParentSaathi cloud records associated with that child profile.

Data that may be retained

ParentSaathi does not retain deleted account data for continued use of app features.

Limited records may be retained only when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, prevent fraud or abuse, protect security, resolve disputes, or maintain legally required financial records. Any such retained information is restricted to the purpose requiring its retention.
